Angel Choir- Ages 4-8 (younger elementary)
$35.00 registration
$125.00 semester tuition ($25 monthly)

Students play musical games, sing Bible and seasonal songs, and learn age-appropriate theory and concert
music.  They will perform some songs with simple sign language or choreography. Concerts are given for both
large and small audiences. Major performances will be held at least once a semester with all the other
choirs combined.



Children's Choir- Ages 8-11 (upper elementary)
$35.00 registration
$150.00 semester tuition ($30 monthly)

Students will sing music ranging from classical to contemporary Christian. They will learn music theory,
sight reading, proper vocal skills, foreign language songs and Choreography. This choir performs with the
other choirs in our large concert at and also performs in smaller community service venues.


Men's Choir - Ages 11-14 (middle school)
$40.00 registration
$150.00 semester tuition ($30 monthly)

Pre-teen men have the unique opportunity to experience a vocal experience that is tailored to the man’s
changing voice. Singers will learn to negotiate the evolving man’s voice through literature specifically
designed for the special needs of this middle school period. Tools will be taught to encourage men to continue singing even through the voice change.  Emphasis will be placed on proper vocal technique, sight-singing and theoretical concepts. Students will experience individual and group performance both competitive, non-competitive and service oriented.


Treble Choir- Ages 11-14 (middle school)
$40.00 registration
$150.00 semester tuition ($30 monthly)

This award winning pre-teen girls choir will concentrate on 3 to 4 part literature ranging from renaissance to contemporary
and everything in between! Emphasis will be placed on proper vocal technique, sight-singing and theoretical
concepts. Students will experience individual and group performance both competitive, non-competitive
and service oriented.



Concert Choir- Ages 14-18 (high school)
$40.00 registration
$175.00 semester tuition ($35.00 monthly)

Designed similarly to Treble Choir, Concert Choir concentrates on a more advanced musical repertoire.
Students study music theory and sight-singing, experience individual and group performance
opportunities, both competitive, non competitive and service oriented.



Master Singers- Advanced/Audition Only
$20.00 registration
$100.00  semester tuition ($20.00 monthly)

Advanced Concert Choir students have the opportunity to audition for the Master Singers Ensemble.
This is auditioned yearly in May and chosen as the primary public relations group for the year..


Ballroom Dancing
$20 registration
$160 semester tuition ($40 monthly)

CCSA is  offering Ballroom Dancing as an extension of the fine arts curriculum.   Classes take place in the gym 5:45-6:45 (right between Treble & Concert Choir!)  at Grace Church of the Nazarene.

This semester’s class will offer Ballroom and country (or line) dance lessons, ages 11-19, no partner needed.  The class will prepare students for our formal dances this year, and is taught by internationally certified ballroom dance coach, Madison McWilliams.

Private Lessons

Christian Choral Society of Austin believes in nurturing the individual. Therefore, we offer the finest in
private voice and piano lessons to encourage personal growth and self-confidence. Students ages 12-13
through adult learn and perform age-appropriate music of varied styles and difficulty. Stage presence
and performance techniques are emphasized. Students are encouraged to perform solos and small
ensembles and concerts and recitals at least once a semester.

The Christian Choral Society of Austin teaching staff is well qualified in teaching all aspects of choral/vocal
technique combined with theoretical concepts. All teachers are subject to a thorough background check,
and have ample experience and credentials to teach children's music.
